Wèmqoiē Se receives an average of 202 cm/y (79 in/y) of precipitation, most of which comes in the form of rain during the fall. Wèmqoiē Se covers an area of nearly 6 km2 (2 mi2), and an average elevation of 2018 m (6620 ft) above sea level.
Overview
Wèmqoiē Se was founded durring the early 15th century in spring of the year 1438, by Vúchī̋ Vú̄kī̌sh 'Elodie Iris' Cú̄kīy Mboīr Yó̄̋ch Lilàbíh. The establishment of Wèmqoiē Se suffered from many setbacks, delays, and obsticles, most notably a group of Wèmqoiē Se which required millitary assistance exterminate before the community could finish being built.
Wèmqoiē Se was built using the conventions of Tauric durring the early 15th century. Naturaly, all settlmentss have their own look to them, and Wèmqoiē Se is no diffrent. The town's buildings feature timber framed wooden shiethed or brick construction, which gives form to a very formalized, rational, expence effishent arcatectural style based on strictly symmetrical designs which universaly feature pitched roofs, shutters, and the occasional column or pilaster for a decorative touch.
Wèmqoiē Se is is constructed arround a series of spacious baked earthen mainstreets which form concentric circles, with smaller strait roads linking the circiles to each other at varrious points. The town rests behind a thin stone wall. The wall's design was likly directly copied from a castle's parmiter defences. It's simply that the arcatect made Wèmqoiē Se's wall substancialy thinner than a castle's walls. While the towers and gatehouses are adiquite, the obvious cost savings measure of making the walls drasticaly thinner reduces their ability to resist siege weapons greatly. The town's impressive-looking wall could fail at a critical moment in battle, and would likely not even resist a few bandits with improvised siege equipment. Astonishigly, the budget oriented are in pristine condishion, as if they had just been finished before you laied eyes upon them.
A look around Wèmqoiē Se has something terribly wrong with it. It’s impossible to put one’s finger on, but something is horribly wrong. Maybe it’s the way fog blankets the ground, but only in the connors of places. Maybe it’s the vermin scuttling between shadows in the corner of your eyes. Perhaps it’s the overcast sky which seemed to creep out of nowhere, or the distant howling of wolves. Everything is just a little too worn down, a little too dirty, or both. No one makes eye contact. Kids play quietly, but happily. Occasionally a passerby glances at you out of the corner of their eye, staring just long enough for it to be uncomfortable. People seem to be allowed to do as they please with little harmoney to anything. It feels less like a town, and more like a spot people just happened to place their homes. Regardless, you do not feel it would be wise to remain in Wèmqoiē Se long.
Civic Infrastructure
Wèmqoiē Se possesses a city-wide Aethary Link which provides Aethary access anywhere within its metropolitan. This allows citizens who can afford the relevant devices access in their places of work, and rarely homes.
Wèmqoiē Se has an Office of Civil Groundskeeping, which works to enforce local ordinances relating to the construction and upkeep up of all plant life, water features, and other natural decorations within Wèmqoiē Se. They are also responsible for the maintenance of these features. Notably, the OCG is not responsible for Wèmqoiē Se's parks.
Wèmqoiē Se has an Office of Civil Vicary, which is responsible for providing a livelyhood for all officialy recognised religious figures within Wèmqoiē Se.
Wèmqoiē Se has a Gravedigger's Guild, which is responsible for collecting the dead and laying them to rest according to all applicable laws and religious customs.
Wèmqoiē Se has a Highwayman's Guild, which is tasked with maintaining the roads and highways leading into town as well as keeping them safe for travelers.

Wèmqoiē Se has a monistary of an order of Civil Monks, who provide divine-related services to the general public and maintain Wèmqoiē Se's public wards, blessings, and other arcane systems.
Wèmqoiē Se possesses a Galvanic Power Grid, which brings galvanic current to most if not all buildings in town, and permits a great many consumer goods to function within the Large Town. Wèmqoiē Se's grid is powered by a boiler and turbine based power plant.
Wèmqoiē Se has a Parks and Recreation Department, which is responsible for the construction, management, and usage rights for all of its parks and parklands. They are not to be confused with the Office of Civil Groundskeeping as they do not hold authority over nor responsibility for Wèmqoiē Se's natural decorations nor waterways.
Wèmqoiē Se has a public schooling program overseen by the Hall of Sages who has the responsibility of ensuring access to affordable high-quality education in all basic classes (Reading, Writing, Mathmatics, General Sciences, General Arcana, and Social Education) is made available to all citizens.
Wèmqoiē Se has a public septic system, which allows its citizens to have indoor bathrooms. The septic system is overseen by the League of Sewerkeepers, who posses the legal authority to enforce all laws relating to the septic system, and are also tasked with its maintenance and upkeep.
Wèmqoiē Se is home to a University which provides higher education in a variety of fields, and also serves as a research institute for those same fields.
Cultural Notes
Wèmqoiē Se's mayor's house was built using a different architectural style from the rest of the town. The style used is known primarily for its use of abstraction and simplicity. Clean lines, right angles, and primary colors characterized this aesthetic and art movement expressed via architecture and paintings. Its design ethos allows only primary colors and non-colors, only squares and rectangles, only straight and horizontal or vertical lines. Vertical and horizontal lines are positioned in layers or planes that do not intersect, thereby allowing each element to exist independently and unobstructed by other elements. These seemingly impossible principals for an architectural style coalesces into structures which most experts find hard to put into words. It is not that their geometry is impossible, but rather the style's attempt at producing works only describable visually was most successful..
In Wèmqoiē Se rain occurs in reverse with water pooling up from the earth then falling into the skies to from clouds, this unsettles every visitor that sees it.
The Skin Stitcher near Wèmqoiē Se are known to be more aggressive than normal.
Wèmqoiē Se's citizens partake in a curious ritual relating to their local kami. It takes place in summer and involves ritual combat to channel Wild Magic energies of tier 1 via singing.

In the case of some antique habitation, the denizens that once lived there might be boiling upward as their home is collapsing, or new opportunities may be revealed even as the community’s present structure is ruined.
